Vang Vieng is a pitoresce landscape, with wide rice fields and straights carst mountains around. Kind of Krabi scene with the hills and mountains. A small river passing the village. This river is famous for kajaking, boating or tubing. Tours are everywhere available and the scenery you passing through is amazing. A lot of pure nature, kids, fishing, whashing, birds and a lot of fun experience this.

Vang Vieng is located in a valley, about 5 hours from Viengtiane by local bus. Several departures from Vientiane. Also tours available. The village is completly oriented to the growing tourism in the area. Vang Vieng is on the main street to the world heritage of "Luang Prabang".

When arriving in Vang Vieng, guides are waiting to bring you in one of the many guesthouses and resorts.
