Rainy season: Monthly rate Oct - Nov min for owner: 50,000 baht per month, by 2 months contract.
                      If monthly rent: maid 8,000 baht should be paid directly to maid.
                      Electricity charge: 8,000 to 12,000baht should be paid directly to electricity company (bill).
                     Swimming pool charge: 4,000 baht include maintenance, products....
Total monthly rent: 75,000 baht budget to be beard in mind.

Weekly rate: min 7 days. 30,000 baht for low season.
                  Includes maid service for cleaning and service for breakfast, but client needs to buy food.

If monthly rent: 100,000baht.
If high season: 50,000baht a week during 20th Dec to 10th Jan.

We would like to ask a 50,000baht security deposit before rental, will be reimbursed within 2 weeks after check out from the house.
